These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the AvocatLib platform, accessible at avocatlib.ma. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms without reservation.
AvocatLib is a platform that connects individuals with lawyers registered with the Moroccan Bar. The platform allows users to search for lawyers by city, specialty and availability, and to book legal consultations online or in person. AvocatLib is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
Access to the platform is free. Creating an account is required to book a consultation. When registering, users agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.
The platform allows you to: search for lawyers using various criteria (city, specialty, language, availability); view lawyer profiles (specialties, rates, reviews); book consultations online. The service is currently offered free of charge to users. AvocatLib reserves the right to modify pricing conditions with reasonable notice.
AvocatLib acts as a technical intermediary. The platform cannot be held responsible for the quality of services provided by lawyers, legal advice given during consultations, or disputes between users and lawyers. Lawyers on the platform are independent professionals registered with the Bar.
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with this policy.
All content on the platform (text, images, logos, design) is protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
AvocatLib reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any changes. Continued use of the platform after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are subject to Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the competent courts of Morocco.
